2.       Is almuashir application working outside KSA ?

Yes, all what you need is an internet connection.

3.       How can I use almuashir cards ?

Simply, go to member login then new user then enter the tracking and PIN Numbers located in back of card then follow the steps.

4.       I entered the tracking and PIN in the card directly to almuashir application but I can’t access it ?

You have to go to website then member login and register to choose your unique username and password then use them to login to the application.

5.       For where I can get almuashir application ?

Simply, go to downloads then choose the product that you want to install.

6.       Can I access using my username and password in two PC simultaneously ?

No it’s not possible.

7.       How can I check when my card will expire ?

In the footer of application while you are logged in you can find all these information about your account.

8.       Can I renew my username and password after expiration ?

Yes , go to member login then renew account then enter your username and password then go to renew account in your page then put tracking and PIN of the new card.

9.       I registered my username and password using my PC can I use them in any other PCs ?

Sure , you can use them anywhere all what you need is almuashir application and internet access.

10.   I entered my username and password but I got my account details ?

Simply, you have to install almuashir application then access via it by using your username and password..

11.   How can I change my password ?

Go to member login then enter your username and password then choose change password in your page .

12.   If I forgot my password how can I restore it ?

Simply, go to member login then click in forgot password then enter your username and the question that you registered and your secret answer, you will receive an email containing your new password, otherwise call customer support.

13.   I have internet via LAN and when I tried to access almuashir application it gives “can’t connect to server”, why?

It’s matter of permissions , the admin may restrict the access to these applications, so contact your network administrator.
